What counts as a contract?
One contract equals one PDF you upload, receive by email, or sync from DocuSign — regardless of how many line items it contains. Reviewing or editing the extracted data doesn't use additional contract credits. Unused contracts don't roll over to the next billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes prorate immediately.
What happens after the free trial?
Your selected plan starts automatically. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Do you support non-USD currencies?
Lirea bills all plans in US dollars, but invoices you create in QuickBooks can use any currency your QuickBooks Online plan supports.
What if I exceed my contract limit?
You'll get a notice when you're close. Upgrade to the next tier for the remainder of the billing period — no overage surprises.
