Subscription Plans

Lirea offers five contract-based plans plus a custom Enterprise tier. All prices are in US dollars: Starter $15/month (20 contracts), Basic $35/month (50 contracts), Essential $59/month (100 contracts), Professional $99/month (200 contracts), and Advanced $199/month (500 contracts). Enterprise pricing is custom for volumes above 500 contracts/month — contact support@lirea.io.

Save 10% by paying annually. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A credit card is required to begin the trial, but you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.

After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on your chosen billing cadence (monthly or annual). You'll receive an email notification before each renewal.

Free Trial

Your 3-day free trial gives you full access to all Lirea features — uploading contracts, extracting data, reviewing fields, and syncing to QuickBooks.

If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is not charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period.

Payment Methods

Lirea accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

To update your payment method, go to Settings and click Manage Subscription. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted portal where you can update your card details.

Billing Invoices & Receipts

Stripe automatically sends email receipts for each payment. You can also view and download past invoices from the Stripe customer portal, accessible via Settings → Manage Subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page by clicking Manage Subscription and choosing to cancel.

When you cancel, you retain access to Lirea for the remainder of your current billing period. After that, your account enters a 90-day wind-down period where you can still view and export your data in read-only mode.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you are not charged again after cancelling.

Resubscribing After Cancellation

If you cancel and want to come back within the 90-day retention window, you can resubscribe from your Settings page. Your data will still be available.

If you return after the 90-day window, you'll need to create a new account and re-upload your contracts, as all previous data will have been permanently deleted.

Managing Your Account

From the Settings page you can manage your QuickBooks connection, update your subscription, and view your account details.

Refund Policy

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please reach out to support@lirea.io. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within one business day.
